Yes. We’ll ask a few questions and (if possible) review photos/videos to give a realistic range. Some issues require an on-site inspection before we can confirm parts and labor.

We’re mobile, so we come to you. Travel radius depends on the day and the job. If you’re unsure, send your city/ZIP and we’ll confirm availability (travel fees may apply for longer distances).

When it’s safe to work at your location, yes. If the shoulder/traffic conditions aren’t safe, we’ll help you coordinate a safer spot (nearby lot, rest area, or tow to a secure location).

Common calls include:
  • Electrical & lighting (7-way wiring, brake controller issues, battery/charging troubleshooting)
  • Brake & bearing service (inspection, adjustment, hub work, safe-to-tow checks)
  • Leaks & seals (roof/window sealing, water intrusion checks, quick patch work)
  • Safety inspections (pre-trip checks, “why is it swaying” troubleshooting, coupler/hitch checks)

Usually, yes—if the location allows outside vendors and there’s safe access to the unit. We may ask you to confirm facility rules and provide a gate code or contact person if needed.

When schedule and parts availability allow, we can sometimes accommodate urgent calls. The fastest way is to call/text with your location, the issue, and photos if possible.

We stand behind workmanship. Parts warranty is typically covered by the manufacturer and depends on the part used. If something doesn’t look right after a repair, reach out quickly and we’ll work with you on next steps.

Having this ready helps us diagnose faster:
  • Exact location (address or a pin) and whether the unit is safe to access
  • RV/trailer type (travel trailer, 5th wheel, utility, enclosed, etc.)
  • Symptoms (what happened, when it started, any warning lights)
  • Photos/video of the issue + 7-way plug or brake controller display if relevant
  • VIN/serial (helpful for ordering correct parts)

We’ll confirm pricing before work begins whenever possible. Payment methods and deposits (if needed for special-order parts) will be explained up front so there are no surprises.
